Welcome to Taj Taxi Service. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any ride or reservation.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or authorized travel partners.

• A confirmation will be sent by SMS, email, or WhatsApp once the booking is accepted.

• For airport/train station pickups, correct arrival time and location details must be provided.

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, vehicle unavailability).

2. Payment Policy

• Payment can be made in cash, online transfer, UPI, or card (subject to availability).

• Advance payments may be required for full-day tours, outstation trips, or premium vehicle bookings.

• Any additional charges (e.g., tolls, parking, extra hours, or detours) not included in the initial fare must be paid directly to the driver.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 60 Days Or More Before Arrival - 15% Of The Tour/Service Cost.

• 59 Days - 30 Days Before Arrival - 30% Of The Tour/Service Cost.

• 29 Days - 15 Days Before Arrival - 50% Of The Tour/Service Cost.

• 14 Days – 0 Days, Before Arrival Or No Show - No Refund.

Note: If Booking For Following Period Is/Are Cancelled, Due To Whatsoever Reason, No Refund Would Be Made For Said Cancellation.
High Peak Season Bookings (From 20th December To 15th January).
Festival Period Bookings (Festivals Like -Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair Etc).

4. Service Usage

• Passengers are expected to maintain respectful behavior with drivers and vehicles.

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

• Taj Taxi Service reserves the right to refuse service to any individual posing a threat to safety, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

5. Luggage Policy

• We allow standard luggage capacity depending on vehicle type. Please inform us in advance if you have excess luggage.

• Taj Taxi Service is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the trip.

6. Delays & Liability

• While we strive for punctuality, Taj Taxi Service is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road closures, or unforeseen conditions.

• Taj Taxi Service will not be held responsible for missed flights, trains, or events due to reasons beyond our control.

7. Vehicle & Driver Allocation

• Vehicles are allocated based on availability and the type selected at booking.

• In rare cases, a vehicle of similar or better category may be substituted without extra charge.

• All drivers are professionally trained and authorized to operate commercial taxis.

8. Outstation Travel

• For outstation trips, the customer must pay for tolls, parking, interstate taxes, and driver accommodation (if overnight).

• Daily kilometer limits and extra charges (if any) will be explained during booking.

9. Privacy Policy

• We value your privacy. Personal data (name, contact, pickup address) is used solely to deliver and improve our services and is never shared with third parties without consent.

10. Amendments

• Taj Taxi Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version of our terms.
